Mauricio Borgonovo is the former Managing Director of Pan American Finance. Mauricio has over 15 years of experience advising and operating companies in Latin America and the United States. During his career, he has participated in a variety of merger & acquisition and capital raising assignments in the Consumer Products, Energy, and Financial Services sectors.
Mauricio currently serves on the board of several companies in the Central American region. Mauricio holds a MBA degree from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
